Returning to the main topic:

This may seem dumb, but would it not make sense for VM to upgrade the coax between the optical node and street cab to fibre? This seems to be the sticking point when it comes to competing with BTs upstream capability and overall capacity.
Yep, very very expensive and it's not just the cable that would have to be changed, but as a long-term plan would it not be worth aiming for?
