Halloweens suppose to be scary but getting a thrill from a horrific event is pretty clueless. It doesn't really matter of age, someone has to be 'responsible'. Unis are always in the news for student crap, last year it was something to do with Nazis. Don't you learn this stuff in secondary school, 12-16 ? its not like university is teaching them, unless of course its foreign students who haven't somehow heard of anything
