I'm not scared of ringing them it's the wife's account not mine. But she can't ring them at the moment just had a baby and still in the hospital. So will get it sorted whenever.

But I figured I would double check on here first with the stats make sure it wasn't something simple I could do. Otherwise whats the point in the forum if you can't ask for help?
