I don't know what planet you live on, but has this country gone so far to the dogs that we all now think it's normal and acceptable to have CHILDREN out and about in the early hours then wonder why something bad happens to them, ever hear of common sense, or acceptable risk?

And stop banging on about blame, the only blame here lies with the person who did them harm, I'm merely pointing out that in my world those children would still be here, because they wouldn't have been in that place of danger.

Is that so hard to accept.
