Oh, if it was that router then the phone line can't have been going into the back of it since it doesn't have any phone ports. I'm getting suspicious of what they're telling you tbh.

As I've said though, the only 100% reliable way to know for a particular plot is to reach an agreement with Openreach about what will get installed there.
