Apologies for the unclear previous post.

I can't be sure there was a single phone line into the back of the router - the sales assistant said the phone line went into it.

The router is in an area that is inaccessible to me and I could only see the front of it.

Had a look on the Draytek website and I'm pretty sure this was the router
