I have been in touch with Zanussi to complain but they are not interested, They Rudelythe told me I should learn a lesson and have taken out an extended warranty. Obviously they have no faith in their own products .If the fault had been the heatng element or pump maybe we would have accepted it, but the circuit board should last longer than 2 years 9 months!! Needless to say we will not be having the Zanussi washing machine repaired. Any views in the subject would be cappreciated to see if I am not alone in my digust!!!
They won't do anything about it if it's out of warranty. I know it stinks when you pay all that money out and it doesn't last but it's the nature of the beast I'm afraid.
