An Rumour poster has now updated me to say Sky Atlantic will only be on the XL Package plus Sky Atlantic HD will not launch.
Unfortunately, some rumours are being created maliciously.

I think the most likely thing to happen is that all the missing Sky channels will launch together.

As long as you have a choice between paying for specific channels and paying for bundles. You tend to pay more when paying for channels individually.
