I'm not sure if I've 100% understood the underlying question. I assume that you want also to move the Superhub to the other room.

People do this sort of thing all the time without problem - including me. The main challenge is to get the coax cable from your VM wall box delivered to the new Superhub location. Have you got that in hand?
