A mate of mine sells them from his shop round here, I'm in the process of converting over from the smelly ciggies onto Vaping.

The exact definitions are still somewhat vague even from HMRC.
That link was before the EU voted against making them a medicinal product.

The EU has seen sense for once, the Government are running scared because they're going to lose billions in revenue.
