Be very careful of these kind of emails though as there are a lot of scams going around , i had one claiming i upgraded to Skymovies on VM Upon closer inspection the email wasn't from VM at all just a silly scammer trying their luck.
Just call 150 from your virgin landline and they'll sort it out.
Many thanks everybody for your input. It came to a decicated email account that I have for all VM related affairs, but I will double check just to make sure

What a bizarre post! I hope everything is alright Russ.

As you were kind enough to say that you would take into consideration that I was recently on medication due to a lot of pain when posting suggestions to improve the site, I will afford you the same courtesy due to your unfortunate illness and any associated medication that has to be taken as a result.

Cheers Hugh, it doesn't look like anyone else has received this email either.

I was thinking that it could be an incorrect en masse mailing as has happened in the past.
