I cant stand anything to do with insurance, still having to deal with my gap insurance claim from April this year. The garage gave a quote to repair the car, but the underwriter wrote the car off and Aviva paid out pretty much straight away, but the gap insurance claim is still ongoing 6 months later!

Also, my current insurance quote is a joke, and Aviva are refusing me a quote on my new car
