All of the US content is already signed up to the likes of Sky. There's no reason why Sky would waste money for UK versions of those channels when Sky already have the UK rights for shows like Nitika and Supernatural.

Well very likely say these channels don't launch for another 12 months, a lot of the rights may of expired, making them available for sale. Or not for sale as the case may be, rights tend to be sold on series by series basis with preference to the previous broadcaster. They will clearly think these things through.
