They were thinking a bit bigger than just FTTC. By having their own kit and own fibre they are able to freely control what services they provide. They were not just going to provide broadband off- net.

maybe they should as he seems to know more than the idiots you guys got in place now.

Ok lets spend money installing equipment and placing fiber to exchanges, and then wait for it. sometime later spend more money ripping out the fiber and removing all that equipment again.

Wow what great business sense. Cable customers in congested areas will love hearing where the profits gets spent instead of making sure existing services are up to scratch.

So what commercial services can be sold using backhaul in an exchange aside from LLU adsl and GEA VDSL? If you going to answer this be clear and informative dont just say something vague like "you are dumb exchanges are more than just pop's for xdsl".
