You are absolutely right, but Netflix have stated that they will go all out to win studio contracts that are currently held by Sky as they come up for renewal. This will change the films landscape considerably (if they are successful) and although this is likely to increase prices, I am convinced that they will be able to undercut Sky by a huge margin, because we are definitely being overcharged at present.
