I got the same with Trevor. I also got him running out of a strip club in just his pants.

I wanted to get a selfie done to post on-line but it cut out below his chest. I still had to do a lot of missions in the run up to his heist with him in his underwear.

Turns out that online warning message is just specific to a minority of players.
