No ice in the ice maker, water on the floor = leaking water pipe. Which pipe, I have no idea. But somewhere between your mains and your ice box, it's sprung a leak or maybe the pipe has come off.

Switch off the water supply to the fridge and if you're not competent to investigate it yourself, you will have to call someone in to trace and repair the leak.

If you post the model number of the fridge in here, then maybe someone who has one might be able to tell you how to go about spotting where the leak might be, before you call someone in.
