The Sir Michael Stoute-trained three-year-old stepped up from a Listed victory at Salisbury last month to score under Johnny Murtagh.
Last year's winner Aloof made the running until two furlongs out where Uleavemebreathless came with a strong run that looked like prevailing but it was covered by Murtagh on Mango Diva, and leading inside the final furlong, the 7-4 favourite drew clear in the closing stages.
