Right now, it keeps dropping in and out after a few minutes, I don't even know if this post get on. However when it has comeback, latency is great also my upstream ids have also changed (ids 1 and 3, 45800000 and 27400000Hz respectively)

as for my home network, I have SU2 in modem mode connected to Netgear WNDR3007 my desktop is wired and I have an ipad and a phone on the 5ghz wireless (my netgear).

Chrysalis, unfortunately only virgin know if both of these properties are serviced by same group or not. Though the nearest VM green box is visible from both properties.

Sorry I should have been clearer, every 3-4 minutes my connection drops and I need to do a power cycle, sorry if the above message seems rushed.
