OK, not quite:
Apparently it's because of the way it handles having two discs.
Install Disc 1 (mandatory) but
not Disc 2: The 360 streams data from the HDD (disc 1) and DVD (disc 2) at the same time. All is fine.
Install Disc 1 (mandatory) and
also Disc 2: The 360 streams data from the HDD (disc 1) and the HDD (disc 2) at the same time. NOT SO GOOD.
