Royal Diamond has been confirmed as an intended runner in Sunday's GAIN Irish St Leger at the Curragh.
The seven-year-old won the Group One event last season but connections had been considering skipping the one-mile-six-furlong event in favour of a crack at the Caulfield Cup in Australia next month.
However, owner Andrew Tinkler has confirmed a defence of his Curragh title is now the plan.
