Nope, I believe it means that you will be able to hook your Tivo up to your Superhub and stream Netflix through that connection rather than your dedicated Tivo connection, which means if the VM Network goes down and you still have Broadband, Netflix will continue to work.

In regards to V+ HD customers having 'access' you already do - via devices that run the Netflix app. Remember all this is doing is putting a Netflix app on TiVo initally. Same as there is a YouTube app
I think its that you can access Netflix on your Tivo using your own broadband rather than using the in-built one.

But a lot of people still experience issues with BBC iPlayer and YouTube streaming on the Tivo and they dont even need 7mb/s?

And yes hopefully it will allow 1080p output when using Netflix and then switch to 1080i for Broadcast/OD. If not ill use the Smart TV App
