I feel v mobile deals are long gone now....ive has the same been told no deals on s4 saying 29.00 per month then you go look elsewherw far cheaper deals with quidco cash back.

Caephone warehouse had a brill deal but no longer on offer yeah the handset naff but i could have used my s3 anyway but still in contract it was galaxy ace a free galaxy camera and free galaxy tab 2 7inch for 18 quid for 18 months.
