Please don't leave us TC, what are we going to do without you? One of the reasons I come here is to try and keep track of what package you're on and what you'll be on in your next post. It was only last week in this
post that you were getting a refund so you could avoid the price rises on your 30Mb. As you've changed package did VM ask for the £30 back?
