But that's in the USA , its a fact that the US market is generally way in front with innovations in the TV market , a few years back I was going to the US more regular and they already had products such as whole home DVR and iPad apps something which is relatively new over here. I would argue that's available in the US from multiple providers , I used a system capable of similar a few years back from DirecTV.

I have two, one for my bedroom and one in the front room. My son uses Tv anywhere on his laptop plugged into his tv with a hdmi lead.
