~70Mbps is correct. That's 40% of 120, give or take. 40% is technically 72mbit but that's not accounting for overheads and such, 70 is reasonable. If you're getting hit for more than 2 hours, then it's probably because you're downloading more. It's not JUST a 2 hour block and you're done, you'll stay within STM if you keep downloading.
