Marketing Calls on Orange
Can someone please tell me how marketing people get hold of a brand new number from orange within 25 mins of activating the sim card?

Its my daughters birthday today and i bought her a new phone from Argos that came with a free Orange Pay as u go sim. I set the phone up activated the sim and within 25 mins she has a call asking if she would like to claim back money on PPI insurance.

Does orange sell their numbers?
