Re: Depression and the Dangers surrounding it.

A lot of you are probably thinking it would be strange to go and talk to someone, seek advice, or even go to counciling......But it isnt at all.

I was one of those people that didnt want to go and felt like it was a bad thing to seek help but I went to some counciling sessions and it was the best thing I ever did.
It is all confidential and you can choose what you say and don't say. Sometimes it helps just to let things out and talk to someone else unrelated to you about what is on your mind.
And it doesnt have to cost either. A doctor can refer you to see someone or you can attend many different help groups that exist.

I'm telling you all this becuase I want people to see it is not a bad thing to seek help and that it can be the best thing you ever do.
