Im typing this to anyone who visits the site and suffers from depression to seek help NOW before its to late.

I myself have tried twice in 2 years to take his own life because of chronic depression and post traumatic stress.

My friends older brother hung himself last night aged 35 because of depression and an alcohol problem. Watching their family crumble around them and how its affecting them has opened my eyes for me to seek more help than what i am getting now.

PLEASE PLEASE SEEK HELP!.
