Re: No connection to router?

Not officially no. What I mean is, they won't cut you off or anything like that. Sometimes lots of reboots can confuse the UBR though.

Here's what to do: With the modem OFF, Unscrew the coax of the modem and then switch it ON. Let it settle for a few minutes and you of course will have no connection. Now, without switching the modem off, screw the coax back in and leave it about another minute. You may have to reboot your router at this point but after that you should be back on.
