I'm well aware what your on about

I agree Sky have always dealt with my issues in a professional manner and the calls been dealt with in the UK rather than those awful off shore call centres.

Sky told me my installation and dish were correct, when I had awful picture issues. Perhaps I had a poor engineer come out to me. Not sure about the issues my parents have though.
