I've been getting a smaller and smaller range on my SH1 for months now and yesterday the wireless signal completely went so I phoned VM this morning and the chap did some tests and said it was working fine from his end (how can he test my wireless signal
)
anyway he refused to send someone out as he said VM don't advertise you get wireless internet so if it's working fine on a wired pc that all they are entitled to do.
is this right? or should I call back and get someone else
