I didn't need to download movies "back then". I had no interest in them apart from whatever was on TV.
A mobile phone is needed, at least for work purposes. Something a kid dosent need. But someone who works does.
My needs are different to yours. I find it inconvenient having to wait longer and longer for downloads.
It would be nice to download faster.
I fully understand some people are against advancements / choices.

I'm assuming no one on here has 4K capable screen that they use to stream '4K' YouTube videos, or even a 27" one.
