You can download the 3072P version which is 430MB - not long even under STM on the 120 package!

I think you'll find any quality on youtube is equivalent to one or two steps down in any actually legitimate format. A 1080p BluRay for example is usually between four and eight times the bitrate of a 1080p Youtube video. Even your 4K inkdrops video is barely 1080p quality. Even TV quality 4K with the latest ultra-HD HEVC codec takes 85Mbps to transmit adequately - that's over three times the bitrate Youtube uses and using an advanced encoder that's far more efficient than what Youtube uses.
I actually once scaled down a 1080p Youtube video to 720p and back again and nobody could tell the difference.

So back then you survived just fine not being able to download movies in a day, yet now you "need" to be able to? And assuming you're over 15 years old, you probably didn't have a mobile phone 15 years ago yet you're still alive, what makes you "need" that any more than some third world child who's never even seen a mobile phone?
Has society changed that much in ten years that being unable to download a movie in 5 minutes or spam facebook every 30 seconds now makes you a leper?

Are you suggesting none of us are rich enough to afford 27" screen?
