100% certain that someone you speak to in a customer service environment is not going to know a dicky bird about what is happening. It could well work out the way you were told, but it will be pure guess work on that persons behalf.
I'm 100% certain BT Sport WILL be on VM in the next couple of days..but that not by talking to anyone. It would be commercial suicide for either company for BT Sport NOT to have a presence on VM
