Galaxy S2 has 16GB of memory *and* an SD card slot, HTC One X has 32GB. The former is less than £150 on Play.com

Ten out of 15 of those phones have 4GB or more. Only *
one third* have
less than 4GB. Of those 5 with <4GB, one has 1GB and one has 2.9GB.
I spend less than 5 minutes looking and find 80% of Android phones £150 or less have at least 1GB storage and 66% have at least 4GB storage built in, not counting the expandable storage.
