And for Media Boy to say something like he has, thier must be something wrong. I have made a formal complaint to Liberty Global over the manner that VM treat there customers.

Virgin Media treat there customers with contempt, and l do not mince my words, yes l could move back to Sky, but l am paying hard earned money to VM, and the fact that they do not gives us channels that we are crying out for is a disgrace.

I am counting down the days to 17th August. VM are a shambles, and told Liberty Global that they will have to make a big shake up of VM to keep its customers. They do not communicate with customer.

They had a big meeting in London - l hope the big boss told what he expects, He will ose customers if there is no shake up.
