I am on the all in one 15 and use it for tethering and it works fine. There seems to be more "policing" on tethering on the contracts (except one plan) rather than the pay as you go options.

I can also assure its unlimited as I used 220GB one month and 250GB another when I was staying at a friends house and used it for tethering.
