So, if "the overwhelming majority of customers are very, very stupid and know nothing about anything to do with sport", and the same such people "also show no real awareness of what is going on around them", then where did "the huge, massive, great numbers of people who have already left because there is no BT Sport" come from if you also think "most customers will only realise that ESPN has gone at 12.45pm in 13 days time" ?
