Hi All.
This has probably been posted before but, how do i `downgrade` my broadband service for a while? At the moment i`m on the 1.5 mb package but due to finances i want to ( SNIFFS,WAILS,SOBS)

downgrade to the lowest broadband package for a little bit.......) SOB)

Do i have to call C.S or what?
