Fact 2, not a fact. Perhaps you need to understand what a source is, there is no verification. I asked whether you were privy to the helpdesk (obviously not) therefore it can not be fact.

Your logic regarding the thousands of upon thousands of reports, and tweet of people wanting to leave Virgin because they haven't got BT Sports is on the same lines of, "I have never been to the Moon, so I cannot say for sure if it exists"
You have just put it to me that because none of us work for Virgin call centre none of us are allowed to gauge that people want to leave. Despite all the scores and scores of evidence in black and white available to us, it isn't true? the call centre is snowed under with calls and there are tons of reports of people struggling to get through. But because none of us work there, it is a questionable source to suggest so?

Also how would I get an invited to a friends wedding and spend all day and night there if i had no friends.
What is your source on me gate crashing it? You accused me of making up people wanting to leave virgin, but you just made that up. I have proof that you are a questionable source. You don't know me for a start, and have never met me, which automatically makes you a questionable source and a liar. Where's you have no proof that I am. Loads of people are leaving and want to leave Virgin, I have the proof on twitter, forums, articles and comments sections all over the web. It is a fact. It is a proven fact, there is black and white and admission from Virgin staff. Whereas you have no proof of yours.
