i have also decided to stay with vm at least for the next few weeks and see what happens,we cant all abandon denphone lol

l have got the CEO email address on my email system Howard and l will send them one because like many l am very frustrated with how this week has played out for many Virgin customers but many thanks for showing your support bud and lets hope the coming weeks will reveal a surprise or two but don't bet your hat on it like that young apprentice Mr Stokes.
