as posted last night i emailed the ceo`s office and got a email back around lunchtime to confirm someone would be in touch,I have just had a call from the complaints dept and explaining customers disappointments especially after espn living vm and told her communication is a big problem there was still customers out there that didnt know till yesterday that espn was shutting.She insisted that bt sports is now there top prioty and there are doing there best to sort a deal.i urge other to email ceo`s office with there complaints regarding lack of sky atlantic and of course bt sports,especially you denphone i do believe if enough of us speak to them things might get done that little bit quicker

i have also decided to stay with vm at least for the next few weeks and see what happens,we cant all abandon denphone lol
