ESPN being removed from XL should allow you to cancel your TV contract. If however Virgin did send letters and e-mails out notifying that ESPN would be removed from XL, and this happened more than 30 days ago, you'll be stuck with no right to cancel. |
I have not had 30 notice and I received another call off sky this evening offering me 12 months half price free Internet and extra box plus free multiroom and a credit of £12 per month for the first twelve months to cover bt sports.the sales person who rung me said I should be able to break my contract thurs when we lose espn,one of my workmates was told similar from the stall in town today.
I ain't really bothered about bt sports but still waiting for sky Atlantic and after receiving the email back from universal hd is the final straw for me
