Any fan of a Premier League team knows that matches are constantly shifted about. I guess you wouldn't know much about this stuff. but hey ho, welcome to the bigtime.
They can't show any on Friday night or Sunday, they have a certain number of Saturday 12.45 kick offs and a certain number of Monday/midweek matches. The Premier League rights are split in to various packs, and these dictate the weekday and kick off times that broadcasters are allowed to move matches to. If Spurs can't play at 1245 on Saturday 30th November then BT can't show the Spurs game that weekend, at all.

And yes, I am well aware that Premier League matches are regularly shifted - it's one of the many reasons I wish Palace weren't in it! Mod Edit: fans of so called big clubs is another
