But that's just CS, when it comes to phone, TV and BB services I have to agree with Zee. Over the years I gradually cancelled everything VM except BB but what with increasing management and never ending streaming issues I dumped VM BB for FTTC and am extremely satisfied.
Needless to say I went to sky for it rather than BT inspite of BT being cheaper
I was glad to dump my BT landline for sky talk at the same time.
My daughter even went to TALK TALK

to get rid of BT. She says that things have not improved but she now gets a flaky sub 512K BB service for free instead of having to pay BT an arm and a leg. She had to pay around £150 to get out of her contract with BT. She wasn't best pleased but consoled herself that over time it would be worth it.
