VM buy Boxnation at a wholesale price from the current owners of the channel and sell it onto their own customers.
BT have shown an interest in buying Boxnation. If they do, we will possibly see Boxnation bundled in with the BT Sport channels. This will be in the same way that several channels were marketed under the Setanta brand and cuts back office costs.
Who knows, maybe we will eventually see Boxnation included in XL...
