in my opinion - BT Sports SD/HD will be add-on at £12/£15 a month - Sky Atlantic SD/HD will launch in the XL (and above) packages on channels 119 & 120 - and the following channels will also launch:
Sky1+1
Sky News HD
Sky Sports News HD
Sky Atlantic+1
MTV Classic
Comedy Central Extra+1
Universal HD
