This guy is saying Suarez is close to joining Arsenal
same guy who done the famous interview with Suarez in Uruguay when player first said he wanted out of Liverpool for Real Madrid. The guy also broke Cavani to PSG, Coates to Liverpool but he did get Gaston Ramirez to Liverpool wrong.
