I would imagine that a category A prison will have CCTV coverage of most areas so if this was a pre-planned assault or if the restraint was excessive. |
Either way, bring the officers back to work, loose the tape, & the beer`s on me, & before anyone asks me if I applaud this "alleged" action, the answer is YES. This guy should be shot at dawn, in public.
